The Annual event of the year from BEM (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa) Faculty of Communication Science Tarumanagara University (FIKom Untar). With the main theme of this year 5C.M., (Care, Commitment, Competence, Competitiveness, Credibility, Motivation). This event was held on Villa DD, Megamendung, Puncak. And Fit proper test was occurred on 28 April 2014, because this event is free and limited seats, so only the students of FIKom Untar that were really enthusiastic to come and join this activity.
The External Training was held on 2 may 2014 – 4 may 2014. And all the activity on this event are intended train all the participants so they could work in a team. Also all the games in this event were intended to train all the participants to become solid, can work well in a team and become more motivated in the future.
Of course this activity is so great and motivational. All the participants of this event always bring knowledge and motivation to their home. Of course this is also one of the programs of FIKom Untar study outside the campus to gain more experience for the students so they’ll ready to join the company after they are graduate.
